Reserved matters for the development of 155 new home and a 65 bedroom care home was unanimously approved at the Babergh District Council Planning committee on the 4th November.
The site, owned by Rural Community Housing Limited, is sited on the fringe of Ipswich and shall provide a total of 155 new homes including affordable housing, over 50’s dwellings, 65 bedroom carehome, public open space and the conversion of the Grade II listed Belstead House.
We have been involved with the project for number of years and secured the original outline planning consent in 2015. We have worked with the Babergh District Council Planing officers and consultees to resolve all technical details of the project to allow the construction phase to commence.
