Step 1: Open the Google Form in edit mode in the Chrome browser.
Step 2: Click the three-dot icon at the top and select Print.
The Print window will show up.
Step 3: Click on the drop-down box next to Destination and select Save as PDF.
If you don’t see the Save as PDF option, click on See More and choose the Save as PDF option.

Currently, there is no direct integration between Google Forms and Google Docs. So, you cannot directly export Google Forms to Docs. But, as always, there’s a workaround.
You need to first convert the Google Form to PDF (as shown above) and upload that PDF to Drive, followed by opening the PDF as Google Docs in Drive. Here’s how.
Step 1: Convert Google Forms to PDF following the above-mentioned methods.
Step 2: Open the Google Drive website on your PC and click on the New button on the left.
Step 3: Choose File Upload and add the PDF from your PC.
You can even drag and drop the PDF from your computer to Google Drive.
Step 4: Once uploaded, right-click on the PDF file in Google Drive and select Open with > Google Docs.
That’s it. Your Google Form will be converted to Google Docs.
Again, there’s no direct way to export Google Forms to Word. It’s necessary to convert the Google Form to PDF first. Then, convert the PDF into a Word document. Then, use free online tools like ILovePDF, Smallpdf, and SodaPDF to convert PDFs to Word documents.
Use these steps to convert PDF to Word using online tools:
Step 1: Open the ILovePDF website in any browser.
Step 2: Click on the Select PDF file button and choose the PDF you want to convert.
Step 3: Click on Convert to Word to let the website do its magic.
Step 4: Once converted, click on Download Word to save the file on your computer.
